senza problemi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"p31\">Tuttavia, nel caso del <strong>motore elettrico per bicicletta LIFT-MTB, il motore <span id=\"36\" class=\"s-rg-t\">a spazzole<\/span> \u00e8 altrettanto efficace<\/strong>, in quanto non \u00e8 necessario avere un ampio intervallo di giri su un <strong>motore a pedali per bicicletta<\/strong>. <strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"p32\">Infatti, a differenza del <strong>motore al mozzo di una bicicletta<\/strong><\/span><span id=\"p32\"> che ha un rapporto di trasmissione fisso, un <strong>motore a pedale come il LIFT-MTB <\/strong>pu\u00f2 essere utilizzato per cambiare le diverse marce sul deragliatore della bicicletta.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"p33\">\u00c8 quindi necessario mantenere il regime del motore entro la velocit\u00e0 media del ciclista.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"p34\">In parole povere, ci\u00f2 significa che per ottenere prestazioni ottimali, il motore deve funzionare alla stessa velocit\u00e0 delle gambe dell&#8217;utente.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"p39\">Non \u00e8 quindi necessario salire di giri e accettare tensioni elevate che aumenterebbero la velocit\u00e0 della guarnitura, senza che il pilota riesca a far girare le gambe abbastanza velocemente da tenere il passo del motore.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div mozzo di una bicicletta elettrica<\/strong>, in quanto rallenta l&#8217;utente ogni volta che smette di usare l&#8217;assistenza <span id=\"p43\">(in piano, in discesa, in leggera salita senza assistenza ecc.)<\/span>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"p45\">Alla <span id=\"48\" class=\"s-rg-t\">LIFT-MTB<\/span> abbiamo montato il motore <span id=\"49\" class=\"s-rg-t\">a spazzole<\/span> con un sistema <strong>meccanico<\/strong> di <strong>ruota libera all&#8217;uscita dell&#8217;albero di trasmissione<\/strong>, in modo che la <strong>guarnitura non sia frenata durante la pedalata<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"p46\">Grazie a questa scelta tecnica, <strong>non ci sar\u00e0 alcuna resistenza come in un motore <span funziona molto<strong> velocemente e in modo continuo<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"p81\">Sulla base di questa osservazione, non \u00e8 stato necessario utilizzare un motore <span id=\"88\" class=\"s-rg-t\">brushless<\/span> sul nostro <strong>sistema di motori elettrici a pedali<\/strong> <span id=\"89\" class=\"s-or-t\">perch\u00e9<\/span>:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span id=\"p84\">L<strong>&#8216;assistenza elettrica LIFT-MTB<\/strong> non gira alla stessa velocit\u00e0 di un <strong>motore al mozzo <\/strong><span id=\"p82\">(circa 5 volte pi\u00f9 lento)<\/span>.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span id=\"p92\">In tutte le fasi in cui non si pedala <span id=\"p90\">(pianura, discesa, ecc.)<\/span>, <strong>la ruota libera prende il sopravvento e il motore non viene azionato <\/strong>:<\/span><span id=\"p93\"> non si verifica l&#8217;usura delle spazzole di carbone come nel caso di <strong>una ruota che gira continuamente<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span id=\"p94\">Le spazzole si usurano solo quando si utilizza il motore:<\/span><span id=\"p95\"> che rappresenta un tasso di usura teorico molto pi\u00f9 basso.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>In pratica, dal 2012 non abbiamo mai sostituito alcun carbone, con diverse migliaia di motori venduti negli ultimi 10 anni.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div coppia ed efficienza, soprattutto alle alte velocit\u00e0, il che significa meno perdite e quindi minori consumi.<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><span id=\"p129\">Va tenuto presente che tutti questi vantaggi sono molto utili per alcune applicazioni e solo in alcuni casi molto specifici, come il modellismo o i <strong>motori a mozzo nelle biciclette a pedalata assistita<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"p130\">Infatti, in un <strong>motore a mozzo per biciclette<\/strong>, la ruota gira continuamente e talvolta ad alta velocit\u00e0, il che comporta vincoli completamente diversi da quelli di un <strong>motore a pedali come il LIFT-MTB<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"p148\">Per quanto riguarda il consumo e la coppia ad alta velocit\u00e0, si tratta di un argomento interessante quando si utilizza un <strong>motore al mozzo<\/strong>, ma non cos\u00ec facilmente verificabile sul campo quando si parla di<strong>un motore a guarnitura<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"p150\">\u00c8 vero che il <span id=\"156\" class=\"s-rg-t\">brushless<\/span> ha un rendimento migliore sulla carta rispetto a un brushed <span id=\"p149\">(consumerebbe meno)<\/span>, ma questo senza contare le perdite nel rapporto di riduzione.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"p151\">Poich\u00e9 con i <span id=\"157\" class=\"s-rg-t\">brushless<\/span> si ha una coppia ad alta velocit\u00e0, \u00e8 necessario un rapporto di riduzione pi\u00f9 elevato per evitare di far girare la guarnitura troppo velocemente con un <strong>motore a pedali<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"p171\">La necessit\u00e0 di ridurre la velocit\u00e0 di solito richiede un aumento del numero di componenti necessari per ridurre la velocit\u00e0, creando maggiori perdite per attrito nei componenti, ma anche peso e ingombro aggiuntivi.<\/span><span id=\"p165\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"p166\">Ci\u00f2 che si guadagna da un lato con l&#8217;uso di un motore <span id=\"169\" class=\"s-rg-t\">brushless<\/span> che consuma meno energia, si perde dall&#8217;altro.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"p167\">Se a questo aggiungiamo il fatto che la tecnologia <span id=\"170\">brushless<\/span> \u00e8 pi\u00f9 complessa e delicata in termini di gestione elettrica, e il costo aggiuntivo per l&#8217;acquisto di attrezzature affidabili, non saremmo in grado di offrire <strong>un kit di qualit\u00e0 a un prezzo interessante<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"fusion-layout-column fusion_builder_column fusion-builder-column-17 id=\"183\">brushless<\/span> che prevedeva l&#8217;uso di un motore\/controller pi\u00f9 costoso e una moltitudine di parti aggiuntive personalizzate come ingranaggi, assi, alloggiamenti, cuscinetti e parti specifiche necessarie per avere un rapporto di trasmissione efficiente.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span id=\"p192\">Abbiamo quindi scelto di perdere il 10% dell&#8217;autonomia, ma di offrire un kit che costa il 50% in meno e con un&#8217;affidabilit\u00e0 riconosciuta che ci permette di aprirci a una maggioranza pi\u00f9 ampia di clienti.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span
