These clamping jaws will enable you, with the help of a vice, to immobilize round parts with a diameter of 5 to 100mm, depending on the size you have chosen.

Made of dense PETG plastic, they allow parts to be clamped firmly without damaging them.

Much more efficient than a CNC or cast aluminum jaw, plastic offers better grip to prevent the part from slipping or turning.

Plastic also prevents damage to the generally fragile coating of the part (anodizing or Kashima fox treatment).

Our 5mm to 100mm diameter suspension soft jaws are far more effective than original fox racing jaws, for example.

The PETG plastic we use from industry is very compact and rigid.

This PETG provides optimum grip for large-diameter soft jaws, while preserving the workpiece.

However, our clamping jaws remain slightly softer than CNC aluminum soft jaws.

This makes it easier to fit the part to be held and to clamp the parts firmly without the part turning.

The size of the clamping jaws is indelibly engraved on the bit.

This marking helps to easily recognize sizes during storage.

Sometimes, when a round part is jammed into another part during assembly, it’s difficult to unscrew it.

For unscrewing without it turning, the soft jaw allows you to grip it firmly.

It’s possible that some of these parts will be assembled together using blue or red Loctite-type threadlocker (for example, when assembling a Fox shock head or a Rockshox shock canister).

In this case, you can slightly heat the thread to make the thread brake more flexible and make it easier to dismantle the shock absorber rod or canister.
